Fees & Rebates

Sessions

Individual psychology sessions are one hour and are available either face-to-face or via telehealth.

Session fee

The fee is $250 per session.

Medicare

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for your sessions.

You don’t need a referral to see me – you only need one if you would like to claim a Medicare rebate.

I do not offer bulk billing.

NDIS

If your sessions are funded through the NDIS, fees can be billed directly to your plan manager. If you self-manage your funding, sessions can be billed directly to you.

Workers Compensation (SIRA)

For approved NSW Workers Compensation clients, sessions are billed directly to the insurer, so there is no upfront session fee for you to pay.

Private health insurance

Depending on your policy, you may be able to claim a rebate for psychology through your private health insurance.

As coverage varies between insurers and policies, it’s worth checking directly with your health fund.

You will pay for the session through the practice and then make your claim directly with your insurer.

Payment

Payment can be made by EFTPOS at the end of an in-person session or processed using your stored card on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations

I understand that occasionally plans change.

If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
