Fees & Rebates

Session format

Sessions are conducted as individual therapy for 1 hour, either in person or via telehealth.

Session fee

$250 per session.

Medicare rebates

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you are eligible for a minimum Medicare rebate of $101.55 per session. Depending on your situation this figure can be higher.

I do not offer bulk billing.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Sessions funded through NDIS are either billed directly to your NDIS plan manager, or to you if you are self-managing your funding.

Workers Compensation (SIRA)

Sessions funded through workcover – State Insurance Regulatory Authority for NSW (SIRA) – are billed directly to the insurer, so there’s no upfront out-of-pocket cost to you.

Private health insurance

Private health insurance rebates for psychology vary by fund and policy — I’d recommend checking your level of cover directly with your insurer before booking. Insurance is not billed directly by this practice; you would need to pay the session fee and claim your rebate separately.

Payment

Payment is processed either via eftpos at the end of the session, or automatically via stored card on the day of your session.

Cancellations

I require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions cancelled with less notice than this will be charged in full.
